We, Wanfeng Auto Holding Group, are a privately owned, large scale, cross regional, export-oriented company, founded in 1994. Recently, we have been experiencing a rapid increase in growth, recording a 67% increase in revenue year on year. Following a developmental phase of nine years, the company now possesses total assets worth USD 196,800,000 and employs more than 4,000 workers.

We refer to the organization of the company by the numerical pattern, 3449. This represents the three industries in which we are involved: auto parts and components, machine equipment and automobiles. The four signifies the 'windows' through which we operate: Shanghai, Beijing, the USA and Japan; the next four, our production bases in Xingchang, Zhejiang province; Pudong, Shanghhai; Weihai, Shandong, and Jiulongpo in Chongqing. The final nine stands for our nine subsidiaries, one of which we will detail below, that is the Zhejiang Wanfeng Engine Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

This subsidiary specializes in auto engines and is located in the Xinchang High and New-Tech Industrial Zone. It draws on its knowledge and experience of domestic and international issues concerning the trade as a whole. This arm of the company has formed close cooperative ties with both the Shanghai Gasoline Engine Research Institute and the Shanghai Auto Industry Design Institute. Together they have designed and built a flexible production line that has an annual capacity of 50,000 auto engines. This line works in combination with our imported production and testing equipment; equipment such as the AVL power measurement tester and a COSM airtight tester. The apparatus and instruments we employ at the company mean we can provide our customers with excellent, pollution-free engines.

Regarding human resources, we view talent as the basis of everything we do. Therefore, we have recruited many individuals of exceptional quality, more than eighty percent having gained qualifications in higher education. This team has enabled us to develop a wide range of engines; prime examples are the WF491Q-ME (4Y) and WF4C27F-E. Furthermore, our carburetors meet the highest set levels for such products in China and are for use in various vehicles: cars, pickups, light trucks, light SUVs and beach wagons.
